By downloading or using Foliagram ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Foliagram on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its artwork.
Foliagram sells one-time unlocks — flower packs, the 3D garden builder, and an "everything" unlock — with no subscriptions and no recurring charges. All purchases are processed by Apple and are permanent for the Apple ID that bought them. You can restore previous purchases at any time from Settings inside the app.
The "everything" unlock includes all current flower packs and any flower packs we release in the future. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy; we cannot issue them directly.
The gardens, canvases, and combos you create are yours. They are stored on your device — we don't host, access, or claim any rights to them. Because they live only on your device, keeping backups (via your normal iCloud device backup) is your responsibility.
Foliagram's plant data — spacing, sunlight, bloom times, hardiness zones, toxicity notes, and compatibility warnings — is researched from reputable horticultural sources and offered as general guidance for planning. Real gardens vary by climate, soil, microclimate, and cultivar. Foliagram is a design tool, not professional horticultural, medical, or veterinary advice. Always confirm toxicity information independently where children or animals are concerned.
While Foliagram is in beta, features may change, and bugs may occur. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Foliagram and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost designs or gardening outcomes.
